1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on mr8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players outside Indonesia may be subject to additional restrictions depending on applicable local laws.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to guardianship orders are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of mr8888 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or technology providers.
• You must not be a professional player, agent, or syndicate member acting in a coordinated capacity to exploit platform promotions or gain systematic advantage over the house edge.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by mr8888 or any responsible gaming authority to which mr8888 subscribes. Attempting to register while self-excluded is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must register only one Account. Multiple accounts per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

mr8888 reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification checks at any point during a Member's relationship with the Platform. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion — whether at registration or subsequently — entitles mr8888 to suspend or permanently close the Account, void outstanding bets, and withhold or reverse any balances pending compliance review.

3 Account Registration

Registration on mr8888 is free of charge. Each Member may hold only one Account at any given time. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances. mr8888 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

• Accurate Information: All registration details must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Single Account Rule: Opening more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. mr8888 employs technical detection measures to identify duplicate Accounts across all registration data points.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify mr8888 support immediately via live chat. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts.
• Profile Updates: You must promptly update your Account profile if any of your registration details change. Outdated information — particularly email addresses and bank account details — may delay withdrawal processing.
• KYC Verification: mr8888 may require identity verification at any point. At minimum, KYC is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, plus confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

mr8888 processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No currency conversion fees are applied to IDR transactions.

Deposits: Deposit funds are credited to your IDR Wallet upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited within 10 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are subject to standard interbank processing times, typically between 1 and 15 minutes during business hours.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your Account tier and any limits applied via your Responsible Gaming settings.
• Deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• mr8888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction where money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the mr8888 finance team on a 24/7 basis, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day. Average processing time is 8 to 10 minutes from the time of request submission.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• All withdrawals are paid exclusively to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and previously used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Unverified Accounts will have withdrawals placed on hold pending document submission.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• mr8888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mr8888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook pre-match and live bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the specific title. Live casino table games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, typically contribute 10% to 25%. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly indicated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered through to the required turnover within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited. Standard bonus validity is 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been fully wagered through or has expired.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering, hedge betting, systematically low-risk wagering designed to satisfy turnover without genuine risk, use of arbitrage strategies, or collusion between accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: mr8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a running promotion will have their participation honoured under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on mr8888 is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market or game type, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and a general term, the product-specific rule prevails.

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation. mr8888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a palpable error in odds — caused by a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error — has occurred. Void bets are returned to the Member's IDR Wallet in full.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing during breaks in play, goal events, red cards, and other material incidents. Bets placed after the occurrence of a material event but before the platform has updated its markets may be voided at mr8888's discretion.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand. Minimum odds per leg may apply as stated in the sportsbook rules.
• Casino and Slots: All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. mr8888 does not control or influence RNG outcomes.
• Live Dealer Tables: Live dealer games are subject to real-time studio rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, unsettled bets will be resolved based on the game outcome recorded by the studio's server logs. Disconnection from your device does not void a placed bet.
• Slot Tournaments: Slot tournament leaderboards are calculated based on the scoring formula stated in each tournament's specific rules page. In the event of a tie, the Member who achieved the qualifying score first — as recorded by the platform's server timestamp — will be ranked higher.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the mr8888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a false or third-party identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, collect odds data, or interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal human interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported to support immediately. Exploiting a known vulnerability — even where winnings result — is prohibited and all associated winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, or with employees or agents of mr8888, to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the mr8888 Platform.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion period — whether self-imposed through mr8888's Responsible Gaming tools or applied by the Platform following a support request.
• Providing false personal information, forged identity documents, or any other misleading material during registration, KYC, or any other compliance process.

8 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by mr8888 is governed by the mr8888 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mr8888 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform, processing transactions, conducting KYC and AML compliance checks, delivering customer support, and personalising the gaming experience. We do not sell Member data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and protected by industry-standard security protocols.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. All data requests should be directed to our support team via live chat.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mr8888's total aggregate liability to any Member — arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, any bet, game, transaction, or other use of the Platform — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• mr8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, howsoever arising.
• mr8888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may result in temporary unavailability. mr8888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of downtime.
• mr8888 is not responsible for any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, including losses resulting from a Member sharing their password with a third party.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Winnings are not guaranteed. Members should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. mr8888 is not liable for financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• mr8888 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party data feed — including live scores, match statistics, or odds comparison data — displayed on the Platform for informational purposes.

10 Suspension & Termination

mr8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
• The Member has provided false registration or KYC information.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to mr8888 or other Members.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools or through a support request.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money IDR Wallet balance (excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mr8888 holds its international gaming licence.

The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through mr8888's support channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits mr8888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing breach of these Terms.

12 Amendments

mr8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — mr8888 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at mr8888.app/terms-conditions and is dated with the effective date and version number shown at the top of this page.
